Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-03. Pre-launch draft; we notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

1. Who you're contracting with

TapStellar is a service provided by Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. UK Amazon plate sales are fulfilled by Nex Gen Leads Ltd; that is a separate physical-product transaction governed by the Amazon listing terms.

2. The service

TapStellar helps local businesses collect Google reviews via NFC plates and respond to those reviews using AI-assisted drafts. Specific feature availability depends on your plan tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency) and any add-ons (Local SEO Pack, AI SEO Pack, Visibility Bundle).

3. Acceptable use

  • You will not use TapStellar to write, post, or solicit fake reviews. This is illegal under UK DMCC Act 2024, the FTC Fake Review Rule (US), and Google's own ToS, and we will terminate the account of any customer caught doing so.
  • You will not use AI auto-reply rules to silence specific reviewers, post defamatory content, or violate Google's reply guidelines.
  • Review-gating (collecting low-rating feedback privately before asking for a Google review) is permissible in the US per Google + FTC guidance, and prohibited in the UK + EU under DMCC / DSA. TapStellar defaults this setting based on your jurisdiction; you can override at your own risk.
  • You will not abuse the public API or webhooks (rate limits apply; sustained abuse will result in API key revocation).

4. Your data + content

You own the data you put into TapStellar (establishment details, custom text on mini-sites, AI-reply edits, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive license to process that data solely to operate the service. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Google review content is property of Google and the original reviewer; we sync it under Google Business Profile API terms.

5. AI replies

AI-generated reply drafts are suggestions. You are the publisher on Google when you (or your auto-reply rule) post a reply, and you accept responsibility for the published text. TapStellar provides reasonable safeguards (URL-host filter, prompt-injection defenses) but cannot guarantee every generated draft is appropriate for every business context.

6. Billing

  • Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. Free trials are 14 days; a payment method is required at trial start (Stripe authorises but does not charge until the trial ends).
  • Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. No refunds for partial months.
  • Late / failed payments: a 14-day dunning grace; subscriptions flip to past_due on day 1, AI replies are paused on day 7, the workspace is read-only on day 14 until you update your payment method.

7. NFC plates (separate physical product)

NFC plates sold via Amazon UK / Amazon US / Etsy / Temu / AliExpress are governed by the marketplace's own terms. Activation codes printed on the plate are bound to the plate itself; once activated, the destination URL can be edited anytime by the original activator (or by an authenticated TapStellar account that owns the plate).

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TapStellar's liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect damages, lost profits, and reputational harm. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice for convenience, or immediately for material breach. We may terminate immediately for any acceptable-use violation in section 3. On termination you may export your data via Settings → Data for 30 days; after that we hard-delete per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
